Product safety & age guidance Our products are ceramics, kitchenware and novelty items. Some items contain small parts and may present a choking hazard for children under 3 years. Please follow any age recommendations and warnings shown on the product page or packaging, and keep products away from young children unless an age-appropriate item is supervised by an adult.
Orders After you order, you'll receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full in that case.
Pricing and payment Payment must be received in full before dispatch and is processed securely by our payment providers. If a price is listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing the order.
